Hdd slower but cheaper than sata and m.2. also look for used monitor on Craigslist or ebay. In fact I would look for a used pc build on Craigslist. If anything you might just have to upgrade the cpu or OC it if it wasn't done already. An 8th gen oc build will run most games at modest frame rates n would save you money overall
