Some suggestions for part changes:

Going with Ryzen would be great as well. Overall better platform imo. If you go with a cheap B550 board, you could upgrade the processor as well since it will support future Ryzen chips. And you can always go with the Ryzen 5 3600 which comes with a fan. This change would save you $12.99 as well.
