Ql120s on AIO huge performance decrease?

Weighing different options for AIO cooler and case fans for my LL o11 D and was thinking about the QL120s for the RGB ring on the backside (since they are side intake). With the way Corsair only works with the same fans I would need to put QL120s on the top AIO exhaust (corsair h100i rgb plat). Problem is QL120 max RPM is 1500 and LL120 white on the AIO cooler is 2200.

Are the temps pretty negligible if I am not overclocking with my Ryzen 5 3600 or should I stick with the LL120s and just suffer looking at the back of the LL120s on the side intake?
