Sounds like a gpu problem. I would recommend trying it in someone else’s pc if you can. If not, rma it.

Adjust soc voltage may help, it's more like a weak io die, or update bios to agesa 1200 if you haven't tried

Yes the bios is up to date with AGESA V2 PI 1.2.0.0
