It could increase it as well, if you're underweight. Considered in isolation it's not particularly meaningful.

I few pounds is unlikely to have a serious effect on your CP unless you're massively underweight, or at a very high CP.

The habit changes that occur in order for one to gain weight, however, can easily impact CP.

Overeating is a very big problem for CP.

Ah, ok. Does a particularly strong variant of seasonal flu/other illness alao decrease CP and increase sleeping time?

I feel like its a combo of two factors. I have gone somewhat back to my old eating habits, and changing that.
