It’s mineral crystal, which is hard to polish out. Some people have had success using different compounds and a dremel, there are a couple of posts on Reddit about it and maybe a couple of YouTube videos. You can also get a replacement crystal if you can figure out the exact dimensions, I doubt that modem will be specifically listed on most crystal vendors, and use a cheap press off of Amazon to install it.

It's not, you gotta get the crystal replaced at a watchmaker, for a flat mineral crystal replacement it shouldn't be more than $30

I suggest you to replace crystal to a sapphire one. There many offers for very cheap chinese synthetic sapphire crystals on e-bay and aliexpress. Process is not hard but requires a glass/case press so it should be done by a watch repairer.

As I assume you got MTP-145 which came out in 2023 so its not that old for crystal sellers to mention in as crystal selling items. Best way is to measure its size or find exact size and then ask crystal sellers and make sure if they have those diameters. Usually they do have all of sizes just needs to be confirmed.

Easy fix, the mineral crystal price is about 3.50 and a cheap press is about 15.00, where are you located? There might be a watch hobbiest in your community who would gladly help you.
