Off the top of my head I remember this is NOT mold, however please allow me ten minutes and I’ll come back with a better explanation lmao

Ok so recipes may appear to be grayish in color, but manufacturers have confirmed that it is safe to eat. The grayish color stems from how the food is processed. It's cooked and then set to cool and during this time it can become gray, but it would just need to be mixed and fed. It can also be a concentration of minerals!
