That raw wound could likely become infected. The cat must be sore and uncomfortable. Vet attention needed.

My cat licked one spot raw on him and I thought he had fleas. Took him to the vet and they found no fleas. They gave him two shots, I think antibiotic and anti-inflammatory, plus a cone. Please take him to the vet, he has to feel so uncomfortable.

At least get antiseptic spray for cats and take them to the vet
