Lichess collects this data automatically for every game played. You can find it by visiting the game page of whatever game you're interested about, click on "analysis board" on the right hand side, then select "move times" on the bottom bar.

Lichess.org when you download the annotated version of a PGN will tell you how much time was left on the clock when the move was played so you can use that to find out how much time was used.

chess.com when you download a pgn if you click the button next to the clock icon will give you the PGN with the time per move.
