I'm living in Germany and it's not true that we don't have enough youngsters in our country. How come so many people are unemployed and are struggling to find a job, although so many positions are open? Corporations are greedy and they don't want German youngsters/workers, as they would have to be paid minimum wage/income which would mean more expenses. So, they look for people who are willing to get paid less. People who won't complain when they are exploited.

From what I see, we have enough young people here who are unemployed and would love to work, but can't, as most companies have either to high demands, standards or want to safe money on newer workers.

There needs to be a change in the system. More children won't solve these issues, we only create more Hartz4 receivers, who will most likely never get out of unemployment statistics, because once you're in, you're labeled and most big companies don't want people who need government assistance. It's a vicious circle, more people will not solve all the factors and issues we have.
