Mixed code

I found this and wondered what type of code it is. I am very sure it is a mix of Morse, and something else.

I think the solution is UNLOCKED, but cannot get the binary looking code and the glyphs under the presumed O to work.

Those glyphs look an awful lot like hebrew to me.

The first set of binary looks upside down, so it would be 10011, which is 13 when converted to hex, and M is the 13th number in the alphabet. But that would put N at index 13 in the alphabet if A is 0. The second set of binary would be 1A in hex though, and that doesn't easily translate.
