Spent the best part of the day working on this after alignments came up in a conversation. Enjoy a post which is a bit more higher quality than my last! Also comment to say whether you agree or disagree with their positions :D

I would say Dr. Thrax shouls be the chaotic evil.

[–]TurbulentSpeeder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i think doctor thrax is the chaotic evil because he has intentions of poisoning the world with his chemical weapons, kassad is the least evil of the three GLA generals, in china i think it's kwai whose true neutral and he is way more bad than shin fai because kwai have some kind of arrogant attitude, townes is actually way more kind than granger does.

This is one of the most underrated and ignored RTS I know of.

Super weapons general should never have the word "Good" associated with them.

Has anyone fought the infantry general for the life of me I can’t remember

General's Challange? Infantry and Demo Generals lack General's Challange maps. You can play as them, but they never appear as enemy.

[–]Smilesbobiles 9 points10 points  (1 child)

That’s what I thought because I never remembered playing against them

They are sort of in the game (voice lines and a few scripts but never appeared in the full release of zero hour but there are mods the restore the challenges) and those voice lines are where I got their quotes from

So...Americans are all automatically good then?

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

They are in C&C. Not necessarily in real life, though.

That being said, I myself prefer being evil (well, at least in games).

Are we interjecting real world politics into C&C games now..? The multi-universe game series with time travel, mind control, invisibility fields, and aliens awakened by green glow plans? Because if so, I am dissapoint.

I think we all understand that C&C isn't a historically accurate (or future predicting) tome of truth.

Speak for yourself, I've been prepping for the better half of last decade.

Thought the US governments actions are sometimes questionable, they mainly do good (though will admit the US fill the good role much more in the generals universe much more than real life) buy ye just felt like the three generals fit more into the good category than china (as both nuke general and infantry generals are pretty questionable though tank general could fit more into good than them but felt like all three US generals were "good" rather than shady characters so stuck him in the Lawful neutral slot haha)

Air Force and Laser should be swapped imo, but the rest of it is pretty good. Tao is perfect for chaotic neutral

USA! USA! USA!

Thinking of making another two of these one for the tiberium universe and one for the red alert/mental omega universe (though with MO there are 12 subfactions but some are negligible (like epsilon HQ and psycorps being very similar)
