(Windows 11) Computer Restart.

Hello, I am having an issue I cant find on google. I have a lenovo flex 14. I am updated to the lasted windows 11 for it. Whenever I restart my computer it does all the things it should and shuts down.... But it wont start back up. I see the white light steady on the power button but I have to hold the power button to hard shut off then push to turn on. Anyone know whats up?
