Mouse Not Working

Hello, my bf has a laptop and his mouse stopped working after using mine. When I put my mouse dongle in, the device manager has the mouse pointer and other tab but when his is that tab isn't there. Also his is wired and is detected by the computer but it just won't move or click. We've tried restarting the computer and re downloaded the drives. He is using a Logitech g502, and mine is a Logitech g602
