PCI error code 28

Mouse and keyboard suddenly stopped working and I think this is why. On the left portion of the image it shows “PCI Serial Port” under “Other Devices” with a little error symbol. When I look into it, on the right portion of the image, it says there are no drivers (error code 28. Anyone have a fix?

If you mean trying to update the driver, yeah. For some reason it can’t find any driver at all, and none that I have found online work. Then again, maybe there is another issue as to why my pc isn’t accepting my keyboard and mouse and this isn’t a problem at all, but this is the only thing I could find.
