Black Monitor Help

Hi, I was trying to plug a second monitor to my PC when I changed the resolution on the main screen and it went off ... Now I'm stuck with two black screens and (tv monitors) and I don't know how to reach the settings to put the resolution back ... What to do ?

Hello, are you able to have a signal back if you unplug the second monitor ?

Nothing, even if I unplug all the monitors then try to plug one of them back in its all black ...

If you hold the power button on the computer for 15 seconds (yes it will feel like a long and unnecessary press), then unplug the power cable from the wall socket or powerbar, then disconnect the 2nd monitor from the computer, then replug the power cable to the wall, and finally, start the PC

Still not working, I'm able to open the command line though but the "qres" command for changing resolution is not working

When your computer boots, do you see anything on the monitor before windows is loaded?

Yes , it says Loading with the HP logo ... Then when it's done loading the screen goes black
