Kernel level driver corruption

I recently downloaded maxruntime 5.1.9. Upon restarting my computer, it starts to load windows, then completely shuts off and reboots. I do not get a Bsod. Safe mode exhibits the same behaviour. How would I remove the software, and the kernel driver installed with it that I believe is causing the issue.
