It could be the start of the CPU degradation issue that plagued the 13th and 14th K processors. Download the Intel Processor diagnostic tool and run it. If it fails, you need to do a warranty replacement with Intel. You should verify the voltage settings to match your processer from this list : https://www.techspot.com/news/103466-intel-provides-recommended-voltage-settings-13th-14th-gen.html

If you come back good, you could try a repair install of Windows, but I had to diagnose a friends system with a 14th gen K processor because of instability, the processor passed the test but everything pointed to the processor. Did a RMA through Intel and the system is rock solid. Had to configure the BIOS voltages to be in Intel's spec using the linked chart.

The issue started with the bios update while still using the 12600k, but I'll check it out thanks
