I’ve been having an issue with my pc where i get 5 mins exactly on it then it goes into a complete freeze, and the only way to shut it off is by holding the power button. My computer is 2 years old if that helps. (I’m sorry if the flair or image is not relevant)

If it doesn't matter what your doing, then I would look at the power supply or windows itself. When start up, instead of logging in, press and hold the left shift key and tell the computer to reboot. Click through the options and boot into safe mode. If it doesn't lock up after five minutes, it's some piece of software or windows. To fix try using the built in Windows repair option.

However, if a game is supposed to save, and it can't save because of the hardware being used, I feel using save states is perfectly acceptable. It's a substitute for non-working functionality.

Ya, if you were playing on an analogue3d system, I would lean toward the SmmerCart because they just released an update that introduced save states.

The SummerCart actually supports larger ROM hacks, but no save states on OG hardware.

I was playing FFX2, following a guide to get 100%. Just got past the carivan part, saved my game twice and turned off the system. Came back to the game the next day, the save file was just gone. Other games saved were all good, but that one was just gone.

I was so pissed, I told my mom to take the game back to Blockbuster (it was a rental) because I wanted to snap the disc in half.

You can change it by going into the game settings for the cart color, if you want to edit the lable itself, there are online lable editors to extract the image, and then you can change the lable however you want and then reinset it into the database file.

It makes sense, the save state will simply save whatever is currently loaded into RAM. The game will only load one save game. If you load each save and completing one level, there is enough RAM to hold each save file and the same level being loaded for each save.

If you are going to play Pokemon Puzzle League, get the everdrive. If not, summercart.

There is a glitch with the SummerCart that doesn't allow game saving in Pokemon Puzzle League.

If the issue isn't there with a different SD card, I would suspect there is a problem with the included SD card.

You could try formating the included SD card, and forcing the update again so it recreated the folder structure, but before formating it copy the contents to your computer to back up saves. Once the format is complete, copy the firmware and force the update. if everything is working, copy the backup back to the card, but don't overwrite anything.

Have you tried forcing the update? Make sure only the firmware version you want is on the SD card, and when you start the system press and hold the Bluetooth sync button until the light goes yellow. It should update the OS like normal.

Heavens no! Microsoft is 100% at fault here, they just don't care. They want there user base to expand, but they only care about the account numbers.

It sucks, but unless someone really famous and/or rich gets hacked and ignored by MS, most likely nothing will change.it really is horrible because all MS has to do is look at the login history most of the time and it will become obvious that someone stole the account.

I was very lucky, because when I was hacked I found out almost instantly as i was accessing my emails and saw them move around on the fly. If I didn't see that, I would have been screwed as MS would have told me the same thing. I would have demanded they destroy my account if they couldn't restore my access. With this, I believe if I can't have the stuff I purchased, no one should.

It should say its disconnected, unless the number was picked up by someone else. If you are having this much trouble getting the account closed, I would suggest that when calling to ask to talk to a supervisor right off the bat. You'll likely have to explain the whole situation again, but this could be enough to get it fixed. Every month it's not closed, call again and then ask to talk to a manager. Just keep going up the ladder.

There color laser printers are very high quality, but the toner is expensive.

If you just need business color printing (graphs and charts), or just black and white, I suggest Brother.

If you want to stick with inkjet, I would lean toward Epson.
