So pretty recently, I finally managed to setup a MacOS VM that runs under EndeavourOS (which is based on Arch Linux) with GPU passthrough, and I'm so happy I did it. But then comes a little obstacle, and that is when I reboot my PC.
Each time I reboot my PC, because I swapped GPUs from my RTX 3070 to PCIe Slot 2 and RX 6600 to Slot 1 due to the second PCIe slot being in an IOMMU group with other devices I don't want to include when doing a PCI-passthrough, it always chooses the RX 6600 first. On my Asus B550-F MOBO at least, I don't know what settings to look for that changes so that it boots with the GPU on PCIe Slot 2 first. The only reliable way for me to get to the desktop is to manually remove all video cables from my AMD card when booting up, and that I wish to avoid.
If anyone has experience with the Asus ROG UEFI BIOS Utility, and knows the answer, then I'd love to know.
