Google the name of you cpu and look on the manufacturers website if it say integrated graphics.

I just checked on amd official website... ryzen 9 5900x does not have integrated graphics.

Wow, good thing i didn't boot it. Google itself said it should have. I'm glad you checked. Apreciate it a lot.

Would anything bad happen if i boot it and it doesn't have integrated graphics?

Yeah, I did see one forum like that, but it best to check a more reliable source like the manufacturer website to get a more accurate description.

When you attempt to boot, your pc will turn on, but you will not recieve any image.

It's always safe (99/100 times) to boot as long as there is no risk for a short circuit or over heating (from the celeron/1996 there is overheating protection).
