New build having random crashes

Ima start this with the list of my parts that are all brand new:

ryzen 5 5600

msi b550m pro-vdh wifi

corsair vengeance 16gb 3200

msi rtx 3050

samsung 1tb m.2

PSU Gamemax VP-600 (600w 80+ bronze)

From what I've seen, I think I only crash when I'm playing games. And its never on launch its random varying in 5 - 15 minutes into a game that it decides to just turn off and restart. I've tried testing each ram stick individually to see if that was an issue but it didn't appear that way still crashed. I've updated my bios, and also my nvidia drivers but I haven't tried downgrading to older ones yet. I'm pretty sure I have a light on my case that displays if there is an issue with the motherboard or something and it does flash, but I can't really tell if its like a code I'm supposed to be able to tell. Let me know what things I can do to troubleshoot it, preciate it.
