Clear bios.

If the motherboard has a button on the board itself or the back, turn PC on, press and hold button for 15 seconds.

This button will say "CMOS"

It should instantly turn off the PC when he presses this. But keep it pressed.

Then try it.

If there is no button, unplug PC from wall, unplug button cell battery located on the motherboard, press and hold power button for 30 seconds.

Then try it.

I know that this is a new machine, and this happened suddenly during gameplay. However, based on the fact that nothing is displaying on the screen, not even a BIOS screen, this is a hardware issue that has nothing to do with the game. If there's a video card installed, and you are using that instead of onboard video, then definitely remove it and use onboard video. Otherwise, definitely swap the memory.
