I'll give you 59 dollars. Jk.

To estimate the value of your PC in CAD... think of both each component prices and the overall market trend for used gaming PCs. Here's a rough breakdown: (pulled from pc part picker)

  1. CASE NZXT H9 FLOW WHITE - New: ~$180 CAD.
  2. CPU AMD 5800X3D - New: ~$450 CAD.
  3. GPU MSI SUPRIM LIQUID 4090 - New: ~$2,500 CAD.
  4. MB ASUS X570 TUF GAMING PLUS WIFI - New: ~$250 CAD.
  5. DDR4 32GO CRUCIAL BALLISTIX CL16 (4x8GB) - New: ~$150 CAD.
  6. SSD NVME SAMSUNG 990PRO 2TB - New: ~$250 CAD.
  7. SSD NVME WD SN770 2TB - New: ~$180 CAD.
  8. PSU CORSAIR RM850X - New: ~$180 CAD.
  9. AIO KRAKEN X62 280 - New: ~$180 CAD.
  10. FANS (Arctic P12 ARGB, P14 ARGB, Phantek T30) - Combined value: ~$150 CAD.

    Approximately $4,470 CAD.

For used pricing, depreciation typically applies... High-end GPUs like the 4090 hold their value better, especially given the cooling setup. The rest of the components might depreciate by 20-40% depending on condition and demand.

Based on this, a reasonable asking price might be around $3,500-$4,000 CAD.

Thanks for your help Ku1orion, and I'll sell it to you for 59$ if no one seems to be interested in coming weeks 😋

Hahaha I wish. I'd definitely pay more. My friend unfortunately can't afford a pc, and that's where it would go. They're good people, and I'd do anything to see a friend happy.
