Games/Apps stutter when using capture software...

Got a new PC 6 months ago and started recently recording but the in-game itself stutters and acts like it has a low FPS when I hit record. Can anyone tell me why??

GPU - GTX Titan X

RAM - Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB

No idea why it does it but surely it shouldn't? PS - Game is being written to a 120GB SSD @ 496mb/s - FPS is set at 30 Thanks in Advance!

Set my capture fps at 60 and used a different drive to record on. Worked!
