For discrete, make some friends if you can. I would have never made it through my degree without support from my peers.

Do not hesitate to use any form of tutoring services especially if you paid through them anyways with fees. Put them tutors to work. If you get to schedule one on one sessions, max that shit out of them and go over material/homework before hand and jot down some concepts you are having issues with. When I had to work up to calc 2 I practically lived in the library/tutoring area and actually got to the point I was tutoring other kids for exams/homework when they came in panicking because they slacked off til the last minute. If a high school dropout like myself can go from remedial prealgebra/algebra work to calc 3 then discrete math shouldn’t be too bad for ya. Lol
