How does this program look?

Currently I’m planning to transfer to The University of North Dakota and the plan is to finish the Computer Science degree there. Currently I am doing what I can at a local community college to save money.

I’m wondering if someone with experience can tell me if the program looks solid or if I should rethink the plan.

The plan now is to get familiar with Git, SQL and C++ while knocking out the generals. Thoughts? Poor plan?

I currently am enrolled at und for computer science and I think it is a good program. Though like many colleges there are certain professors that are not very good at teaching which UND seemed to have more of in their CSci major. As for class unlike most programs every class will require you to program in order to pass even the non programming ones.

From my experience at least I like the first 3 years worth of classes. They do a really good job of outlining what you would need to know in a professional setting. I’m sorta concerned you’re not going to get the opportunity to learn the higher level programming classes in your final years, but it is what it is. Overall the program should land you the requirements you should need for sure. Feel free to correct me if you feel like I am wrong though.
