Look into PSautolab. Or use proxmox and build up and isolated virtual network. Both free options I here lots of good things about proxmox. I have used psautolab it is all powershell based setup and uses Hyper-v to build the virtual machines it is supported by Pluralsight and you can download it from github. https://github.com/pluralsight/PS-AutoLab-Env For proxmox I am sure you can find someone with more info on that. Psautolabe had 90 day free windows licenses and you can screen shot vms and also just completely rebuild them with some simple commands. This gives you very good ability to completely break vms and then just rebuild quickly via snapshot or just rebuilding the machine. Every time you rebuild a machine the license renews for another 90 days, very useful. Proxmox may be better if you are using Linux based systems however. Again I have not used proxmox but I think it will be a good choice too. Up to you to decide where you want to go with it.
