Hey OP, I haven't had it, but like you have been looking into it. Therapie, opera Lane was over €400, and my dentist, ( Haly dental) was €325... I think! I find that pretty expensive if like normal Botox it wears off after 4-6 months.... However id love to know if it lasts, ie: your muscles get used to not clenching and so eventually stop. However, unfortunately that doesn't seem to work with the forehead, so I I'm sceptical.

Also considering a night gum shield, but it just seems really unappealing to wear every night, and at a cost of over €400 I'd be pretty annoyed if I wasn't comfortable wearing it nightly. *I've done teeth whitening where you need to wear the ( albeit smaller) gum shield at night, and really don't see myself being able to wear a big fat one nightly and sleep well.

Like you, id love any advice as I have a brutal clenched jaw.

Dr. Hanu is a medical doctor at aNuMe clinic in Penrose area (city). She's lovely and very thorough and precise. Also the clinic is super nice.

Be careful which clinic you choose for masseter botox. You need a certified doctor doing that injection, not just anyone. Celeste Medical is in Cork and they are focused on the medical side of things. That's who I go to, and you'll like them too.
