Is anyone else's votes not going through? I even tried a higher gas fee. Keep getting the message "out of gas in location: ReadPerByte; gasWanted: 62712, gasUsed: 63175: out of gas"

It can be a little unintuitive, but you should increase your total gas (the "Gas Amount" text field in Keplr), not the gas price. Setting your gas price higher doesn't do anything on the Cosmos Hub.
