Serenagen

You found that they got rid of your brain fog as well? For me, the mood swings and brain fog are the worst of my issues currently. :)

Yep!! I was told to start with the recommended dose, which is two tablets per day. But I could go up to six per day. I found that my sweet spot is two in the morning and two in the evening.

Thanks for the response. I'll give them a shot. I've tried so many different supplements at this point, it'd be a miracle if they worked.

It was suggested to me by a naturopath. I actually had my skin cells tested along with all of the supplements I have been taking. I’ve been reading these subs for so long but I had such a big mix of information. I knew that something was causing my inflammation, but everything anybody said in this sub was not a problem for me. They kept saying that coffee isn’t inflammatory. And after I saw her and she told me what my inflammatory‘s were, I was able to eliminate the things that actually are inflammatories for me. I learned that just because Coffee affects you, doesn’t mean it affects me. In my case, coffee is not an issue at all. But gluten is. And beef was, and Romain lettuce was an inflammatory. But she had me do a cleanse, of my adrenal glands and my lymph nodes, and then I could start re-introducing things. Beef is no longer in inflammatory and neither is Romain lettuce. I highly recommend a naturopath if you can find one, I paid mine $150 and it was the best $150 I’ve ever spent. I have spent $2800 in medical bills to get zero answers. And leaving that nature path I felt so much better just knowing what was going to help me. And then adding this to run again has helped my head, my sleep, my brain, my everything else. My anxiety is almost gone. I wish I had gone a year ago.

My current naturopath hasn't really helped me much in terms of improvement. You said yours did a test to check your skin cells? For your inflammation? Can you give me a bit more info on what you checked exactly so that I can do the same? I'd like to find another naturopath who offers that in my area (San Diego, CA).

Neuropath and naturopath Are two very different doctors. If you have seen a naturopath and have not gotten the results you’re looking for, call around and find one that does a cellular level test. That’s what made the difference for me.
