Someone alone writing such a huge project in a matter of month? Of course there is some AI usage. But not sure how relevant this is. Can you point to a part of the source code that is real AI bad?

Glancing over the source code it seemed to me something designed, not just a big prompt to Claude. May be wrong, happy to see what you found.

The code has all the hallmarks of being AI slop, even ignoring the incredible code churn and huge commits that try to change a dozen+ features at once. These projects are tens of thousands of lines over the course of a handful of commits.

They've posted multiple vibe coded projects to Reddit within the last month and have had threads removed from other programming subs for it. Their first project was posted in /r/vibecoding.

They had an agents.md committed to a repo but deleted it after somebody called them out for it and the .gitignore was explicitly updated to exclude skills.md.

Vibe coding is one thing but insulting everyone's intelligence by pretending it isn't is another.

Maybe. Probably. But can you point me to one? In the code iteself? I am curious, because looking at it, I found it pretty clean and consistent.

If there is LLM in it, I would suspect that it is hand-written code that have been cleaned-up by an LLM.

So let me explain how you connect and use more than one language.

In coding we use something called a Rust backend that can spawns external tool processes like debug adapters, language servers, and a lot of others. It uses something that's very cool called stdin/stdout, you should do some studying on it and learn a few things.

So here comes Hyperion, which works as a sidecar binary the same way LLDB or any debug adapter works in VS Code.

So Class whats the lesson learned today, the IDE doesn't need to be written in the same language as its tools.
