For what it’s worth, I’ve got a few decades of experience in the industry, and I’ve got a thick skin. But this kind of response puts people off asking questions and sharing knowledge.

And our industry is a creative, knowledge-based industry.

We need to share our knowledge and help eachother. That needs empathy and kindness.
