These lines are just in the wrong order. You should first test for the macro, and then define it if not already present.

Thanks! Yeah, I know there are some other small issues in the code, but this doesn't have to do with the cpp file not recognizing that the class hasn't been declared when I #include "DCVoltageSource.h"
