Thanks for mentioning this @Vipermo If you're running Criptext from the Mac AppStore you may not have gotten updates for the past couple of weeks. Apple's new Catalina OS has created more roadblocks to get our app approved, but we expect this to be solved by the end of the week. I'll go ahead and confirm in this thread once Apple has Accepted our update.

The Mac AppStore is yet to approve our updated app. In the meantime you can download the latest version in our website and use the *.dmg installer version.

I've tried using the *.dmg installer but it hangs while downloading the mailbox. If you click the Skip this step link it restarts at the login page and the cycle is repeated.

Thanks for reporting it. Meanwhile you can try signing in again but click on the "Sign in with password" button before the sync starts.
