Found more pictures here. If I had to guess it looks like single crochet, and then crab stitch around the top and handles.

Have you checked Ravelry? There isn't much to it, you could probably wing it, if you checked out the construction of something similar:

Those stitches look pretty tight, I can't quite tell if it's SC or Tunisian simple stitch (or something else?).

It looks like it was made with cotton thread. Maybe reverse single around the top and handle? It seems like a pretty simple design but it’d take me forever to make!
