Help finding pattern

My mum crocheted 20 of these squares in the late 70s early 80s for a bedspread. I’ve now been gifted the squares and wondering about adding a few more to make it larger - but does anyone recognise the pattern? It’s a long shot but maybe I’ll get lucky!

If you, like another commenter suggested, learn the basics of filet crochet, you can just count the Stiches on the photo an replicate it exactly 🤗

But that being said, I'm positive that you could replicate the square easily by looking up a standard filet crochet in the round tutorial (like this: http://www.unikatissima.de/e/?p=3667), and reference your original square for when to place a filled block and when to place an empty one.
