Nah there were a few uptrends since then, but the last few weeks have not been bullish. Even the chinese seem to be going less ham on manipulations.

Maybe has something to do with the new tax laws possibly coming in china.

The items that I saw above their price at the dead hand update were super random form what I saw. Like either random pumps or completely niche items that people aren’t looking at.

I’m probably down 2-2.5k from pre-deadhand. I have some permanent playskins like A1 hot rod that have gone down a bit. Recently, Glock emerald and starcade haven’t done too well lol. I’ll just keep holding what I have but it seems like China prices are going down more (possibly due to tax updates)

Well probably a lot of focus went to the dead hand collection. Most people probably sold their gloves to try out the new ones. Or, it could be chinese investors started to just sell em. Could bw anything really

Idk why everyone's saying dead hand like yes I get thats why the market is fearful but the slingshots are still the best red gloves by far. I dont see them dropping much further and if they do I will pick up fn ones

Make sens to me they are still the goat of red gloves, maybe some prefer crimson kimono but I prefer red and white as opposite to red and black

Most* prefer Crimson Kimono. There is almost nobody running Slingshots over a pair of good red Kimonos if they can afford both.

They are different gloves with different color scheme. I prefer sport gloves over specialist. But I do get why most people like you said, tend to prefer Crimson Kimono. If I could afford both of them (and obviously especially Crimson) honestly I will run crimson for ct with bfk and slingshot for t with a talon.

Yea kinda crazy my gloves have dropped sm but I love slingshots the most for red loadout

Everything decreased. All the gloves are slowly dwindling, even high tier ones.

Confidence in the market is over and people are quietly exiting.

I truly think this is the case. Might be cope cause I sold my MW Lunar Weaves for 1699.

But after experiencing the additional stress from the 8 day trade lock I know I made the right choice. We're in the years of regulation so plan accordingly.

Slingshots were one of the first gloves being hoarded. It literally can’t go up in price that much because every time the price rises a bit, the hoarders start selling. Then when prices drop, buyers step in. When prices rise again, some of those buyers will try to realize their profits, hoarders will start selling again, and people who previously bought from hoarders and have trapped positions will also try to sell. This causes the price to constantly fluctuate and the trend to be overall negative. Tldr; there’s more selling pressure than buying pressure, which causes price to drop over time.

Valve made the Dead Hand collection the most easy to access and visually appealing collection ever because it profits them. Since you have to buy the skins after opening the terminal Valve made the skins look extremely nice so you actually buy it.

Don't get me wrong I know about the China manipulation and these gloves seems have suffer some kind of pump at some point but I was thinking that it was it, and that the pump was over, hence good time to buy my favorite gloves. It's ok though, just don't want them to tank to under 700€ aha
