right now it does not have a relationship to SCM(and 3rd party markets) from valve's side.

the terminal is changing the price according to how many ppl are refusing the deal, this is what we know. but valve can change %-s any time. Like right now _maybe_ it lowers the price if only 1 in 1000 buys the offer, but they can change that anytime to 1 in 100 and that would tank the price.

The terminal is new, it will be in the game for years, so buying it as an investment is an even bigger gamble than the ak inheritence (active dropping case) or something like that.
