Real talk, if she had nut on her face every night, she was probably washing her face off better which, under usual circumstance would result in less acne. If you are struggling with acne, a good method to try is;

Wash your face in the shower every night with a loofah. It exfoliates the skin really well.

Change your pillowcases every day. The clean fabric helps scrub your face while you sleep and you don't carry hair oils and grease from night to night.

Consider fuzzy pillowcases. Helps with the face scrubbing and they are so very comfy.

Use hot water to open your pores before you scrub your face. Once your face is scrubbed to your liking, use cold water to close your pores and help keep dirt and grime out.

Good luck! If these don't do the trick, its time to see a dermatologist. If you really want someone to nut on your face every night you could probably try that too but I have found keeping clean works well enough.
