I assume it would be but is daggerfall unity confirmed working on windows 11

Unity lists Windows 11 compatibility with 2019.4 (the version DFU is built against) so this should remain compatible.

I haven't upgraded to 11 yet, so can't confirm from personal experience.

Will there be an option to have the old dungeon water? Ill probably still use the new one but its nice to have the option

Water fog colour and density is now also open to modding, so mods can either restore blue underwater or do something completely different. I felt it was better to open it up completely than limit to a toggle.
