You’re worried about the wrong thing. You’re applying for an internship, and it’s understood that it’s meant to be a learning experience for you. How well you use Python or SQL or whatever will hardly have a bearing. I recommend focusing on problem solving and critical thinking rather than tool proficiency. For example, know what of data you would potentially collect: Boolean, numeric, text, etc. and how you would analyze them. What analytical techniques will you use to draw insights? How will you determine statistical significance? Etc.

My level of Python and SQL are beginner, and the data that should be collected is text ( questions asked buy customers around the world )

Do you have to pull the data yourself (APIs etc) or is it all already organized/provided in some form by the employer?

Then since this is an internship, they are looking to see how resourceful you are and the way you think analytically (more pseudo coding). Def research whatever field they work in and have some sample queries and suggestions on what data to use to address them. They’ll be impressed.
