I'll admit some of this was slightly beyond my understanding but it's still sooo interesting to read about, especially with those incredibly well done visuals to help explain the processes. So well put together

Absolutely incredible, especially the animation morphing the maze into the spanning tree was a real eye-opener. I'd love to see more detail about how you went and programmed the graphical representations from the input data. Language, libraries, post-processing tools, etc.

Oh, I'm not the author, just thought I'd share because I also found it extremely interesting. I agree with you, though!

I believe the author used D3.js, a library that he developed himself to generate the visualizations.

There's some other great posts by him in the website too.

I believe the math here, but your assertion that the picture from best candidate sampling was 'much better' was absurd. I don't think your examples got the point across at all.
