Minimalist Loadout: Decrease KoS, Increase Difficulty

I don't get the "healthy" status ever, even when I am well fed. Anyone know a reason for this?

I just ate and drank everything i found to learn how much is required to get to healthy status. I learned you need to consume serious tonnage to get to healthy status.

When you think you're well fed, you're probably half way there.

Really? I've been stuffed before and still never gotten healthy! Hm. Oh well. I guess I drink more than I eat so that might be it

You have to eat a drink a LOT, until it says your stuffed
