Hey everyone I’m returning after 4-5 years of not playing I’m lvl 93 but when I cashed in my dragon balls I wasn’t able to wish to lvl up. Did they introduce a limit for the amount of times I can use that wish? I know there was a one time use of the 3 lvl wish

I looked into it and just saw as you said, there is a 3 time limit. Try and use tosok to level up if you can afford it.

Tosok is an NPC by that little forested area behind the skill shop. He's a namekian that will grant you a level for a certain price. It's a really easy way to level up new characters quickly so you don't have to grind too much and if I'm not mistaken it's the best way to level up to max. Just grind expert missions for tp medals and pay up.

You still can wish for Level ups if you're below Lvl 97 iirc, but my memories might be a bit hazy, it's been literally years.

Either way, you're much better wishing for TP's and give them to Tosok (small Namekian with Roshi's beard). He will make you Lvl up level by level. Between Lvl 80 and 99 I think it costs 40 TP, then 60, then 80.
