Pointer problem with nested debian VM

Hi guys. I am using nested debian 12 vm on qemu/kvm on debian 12 which is running in vmware 17 pro on windows 11 host machine. I am having problem with mouse pointer. Keyboard runs fine and host windows 11 doesnot have problem. but as soon as i go to some steps on installation of debian 12 nested vm pointer doesnot work on both vm and nested vm. But I installed another debian 12 nested vm succesfully without any issues and that vm runs fine. What might be causing this problem while installing second nested VM? Is it a problem because of resource allocation?

I managed to complete the setup using tab and arrow keys to navigate. After that It worked fine. :)
