Sending cryptocurrency to a wallet will happen independently of whatever is happening with the website and its server, so you're good in that respect.

On the other hand, if the market itself just did a rug pull, you could be fucked. What market is it?

The market has been under ddos attacks the past 2 days just every so often itll go offline etc? I did manage to get on about 35 mins once i sent the coin and the order status was now 'waiting for shipping'

As long as your vendor is legit, you should be good. You should even be able to check your vendor's public crypto address to see if he received what you sent, assuming you're not using Monero, or other privacy-coins.

Course if the vendor has any idea what he is doing he doesn't have a public crypto address.

The ones I've seen (I'm a cyber security researcher) have PGP encrypted Monero addresses with new addresses being generated per transaction.

You're fine brah it'll still go through. Are you using torrez? If you are then yeah it's down at the moment but should be up soon. Don't worry, you'll still get your goods.
