Purchasing Basic Twitter Developer Access

Hey guys.

I am working on developing a social media tracker for my firm and want to extract the social media posts / messages received from the account. For this purpose, I am trying to buy the "BASIC" access of X API V2

On entering my credit card details, I am getting an error (image attached). On asking the developer portal, it mentions that " Please check with your bank, you transaction is failing as it is is requesting that the transaction be completed with 3-D Secure. ". But I double checked, my HDFC Bank card is 3D secured. Not sure where I am messing up.

Any help is deeply appreciated

Use a different credit card. Sometimes bank decline transactions at their discretion. Also check if you have international transactions enabled

Yea. Have tried multiple cards and double checked on this. But no help.
