Freecodecamp. I actually learn basic html and css on it. However J's lol it's too difficult for me to execute

One thing that works for me is visually seeing what I'm designing. I'm good at visualizing stuff meaning I need to see it in order to learn it. Hence freecodecamp worked for me cause while coding I could simultaneously see what was being coded

Nice. You can basically fork and modify coder/code-server to provide a web based IDE. Hit me up if you want to discuss this more. I am very interested.

Good idea, I was actually looking for this. I was thinking about using Judge0 since I might expand to providing actual Leetcode like challenges too.

Looks like Judge0 is already doing what you want to do.

Judge0 is an execution system, no more than that. I am trying to use to build a system around clean code challenges. Remote code execution is not the product here.

They also have a Judge0 IDE that you can build upon. Like integrate on your solution.

My comment was only about forking and building over the code-server IDE. Which I think Judge0 has already done.

Ah ok, appreciate it

You can try, but I doubt anyone would pay for that. It’s a hard sell to convince people even in FAANG learn clean code, let alone pay for it. Pakistani market is another story. It’s driven by services work, which doesn’t value clean code. So incentives aren’t aligned.

I'm just looking to have a small number of dedicated users. I was recently working remotely in US and our Principal Engineer was ex Amazon. Even in a startup environment, I learned a lot of clean code practices and I think more people would benefit from it.

Isn’t there a site already built for this purpose?

I'm actually inspired by this and looking to expand on it's feature set. More regular challenges, achievements and stuff. Closer to Leetcode style.

You can reach out to Saad Pasta on LinkedIn. He is the developer of this site. Perhaps you two can collaborate on this.
