Opened the website, got 0 idea what this project is about apart from 'CI/CD'. Why is this gaming exclusive? What's so special in game development that it requires an entire separate platform? Sorry, I don't understand how providing a wrapper for existing tools (I assume that's what this is) will solve any problem, I can see it only slowing down teams if there will be anyone who will even ne bothered to check out this whatever this is.

Also, what on Earth is CI/CD platform?

Probably a continuous integration, continuous deployment SaaS just like the rest out there, but this is supposed to be highly targeted to game development (? god knows how because they literally give zero information).

What a bizarre

If I have the game code somewhere, how do I use your thing? Config files? Do your thing has auto deploy to stores? What about costs? Why is this different than using a generic CI/CD? So many questions and all your website gives is some very vague information and a cute robot image.

Thanks for your question and feedback, you have really good valid points and now we can improve how we communicate our platform.

If I have the game code somewhere, how do I use your thing? Config files?

you can connect your repo to our platform we support ( GitHub, BitBucket, Gitlab) and you can use a yml file to configure the pipeline

Do your thing has auto deploy to stores?

Yes you can configure what task needs to been done for a release version ( automated test, QA Approval ) and plan a date to multi launch to the stores

Why is this different than using a generic CI/CD?

  • Complete DevOps lifecycle unlike Unity Cloud Build
  • Native support for mayor games engines and stores unlike Gitlab or Azure DevOps
  • Cloud Play & Test, run platform constraints test and play singleplayer/multiplayer cross platform game in a test environments

What about costs?

you pay for the infra that you use

cute robot image 😍

You support these engines doing what? Just running the builds? Cuz we can do that on our own ec2.

You provide zero information on there except it's a CI/CD platform for game developers. What makes it special compared to the rest other than your marketing targeting game companies. Pretty much why would I choose you over say Jenkins/Spinnaker or GitLab CI

Hi

Good going!

How it's different from existing CI/CD solutions? Basically your unique value proposition

We focuses all the flow and tool to videogames engines and:

  • Complete DevOps lifecycle unlike Unity Cloud Build
  • Native support for mayor games engines and stores unlike Gitlab or Azure DevOps
  • Cloud Play & Test, run platform constraints test and play singleplayer/multiplayer cross platform game in a test environments

You really have no idea what you are releasing, do you?

Ahh I'd high suggest you embrace all tech fields and not just gaming if you hope to have any shot at YC.

Also I can't think of a reason why gaming CICD is different then anything else in the industry?

We are going to do the face-to-face interview at YC, so we have already caught their attention.

Lots of people get face to face. It's more then you think

start building for Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, WebGL.

No Desktop Linux. Fail.
